Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.

2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

3. Document Management: Maintain and organize documents, records, and files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.

4. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and coordinating itineraries.

5. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.

6. Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and ensuring information flows smoothly.

7. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts and overseeing service agreements.

8. Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure a safe and functional workspace.

9. Expense Management: Process and track expenses, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

10. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels, ordering as needed.

11. Database Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information.

12. Confidentiality: handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to data protection policies.
