Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in the identification and sourcing of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.

2. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.

3. Application Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.

4. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely and clear communication regarding the status of their applications and next steps.

5. Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and coordination with relevant departments.

6. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized records.

7. Job Posting: Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

8. Reference Checking: Conduct reference checks for potential hires to validate their professional background and qualifications.

9. Collaboration: Coordinate with hiring managers and other team members to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and priorities.

10. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as job fairs or open houses, to attract potential candidates.

11. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

12. Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment metrics and activities, providing insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
