Job Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Stay updated on legislative changes and industry standards.

- Manage and supervise HR department staff.

- Oversee recruitment, selection processes, and employee onboarding.

- Maintain HR records, handle employee relations, and resolve conflicts.

- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Administer compensation, payroll, and performance evaluation processes.

- Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.

- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

-Core competency in compliances (PF, ESIC, PT) and other HR compliances.

- Preparing and working PT Returns, PF Returns, ESIC Returns (ECR- PF/ESIC/ECR Uploading)
